Here's a card I created with an image from Digi Doodle Studios. This image is today's December Advent freebie at Kit and Clowder. You can find her here in the Kit and Clowder Facebook group. After December 25 she will be available in the Digi Doodle Studios shop.
The image is called "Alisaie Elf Maiden" and I colored her with Promarkers. This card is called a Birthday Cake Easel Card. It's easy to make. To create the birthday cake I used an empty ribbon roll, added layers of cardstock, patterned paper and lace ribbon. I poked 5 holes in the top to add the candle holders and in between each candle I adhered a flat back pearl. For the candles I created a little box to fit the candles. The Sentiment is created with a border die.

Here's a lollipop I created with one of the stinkin' cute skater images by Digi Doodle Studios.
The image is called "Foxy Skater" and I colored it with Promarkers. I love creating lollipop cards as they are fun to make and the recipient is always happy to get one. They are always amazed by these kind of cards. The base of the card is a circle. I created an accordion fold circle with 3 strips of blue cardstock. On top of that I added a doily and a big layered snowflake on which I adhered the cute colored image. The blue paper straw is pushed and adhered between an accordion fold on the back. To finish the edge of the straw I added lace, a bow and a snowflake charm. On the card I added 3 felt snowflakes with blue gems in the middle and I added some snow past on some spots.

I got to play with this lovely image called "Christmas Hair Do" and colored her with Promarkers.
I have created a card with this papers before. I love the pattern and the torn edges of white copy paper underneath it. I added a strip of I matted the image on red cardstock and under the image that I adhered a strip of dp. I cut a label out of the same designer pack and pushed it under the image. Also added 3 felt red snowflakes added red gems to the centers and white tulle ribbon to finish it all.

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This weeks theme is "Things beginning with B" -I used Birthday, Beer & Blue- and our sponsor is Uniko Stamps.
I created a masculine card for my brother in law who loves beer. The image is from D2D and it's called Birthday Beer. Sadly the creator of the image passed away. The image is colored with Promarkers and for highlights I used a white gel pen. I used a white cardbase. Added 2 pieces of designer cardstock onto blue cardstock and added walnut stain distress ink along the edges of the lightest paper and the cardbase. I fuzzy cut the image and adhered it using foam squares. To finish the card I added a sentiment that I created using my Dymo embossing Letra Tag.

Here's a card I created with one of the Fall new release images by Digi Doodle Studios.
This image is called "Goldie" and I colored her with Promarkers. I had to create a easel pumpkin card as it fits the image so well. I created the circle base card by using my biggest circle die to cut out a folded orange piece of cardstock and placing it slightly over the fold. After it went through my Cuttlebug I folded the front of the circle card and adhered 3 oval die cuts to create the pumpkin. To create more dimension I have cut a small piece of orange to adhere behind the pumpin. I also cut a piece of green cardstock to create the stem. The yellow paper is a die cut from a post it note. the little leaves ribbon is from my stash and I love using my Dymo embossing letra tag for the sentiment.

I love the combo of orange, yellow and green. I used a doily edge punch and I had a lovely half round sentiment on my computer that finishes the card perfectly.

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This time it was my turn to choose a theme and I have chosen "Add a Tag" and our sponsor is Crafty Sentiments Designs.
I got to play with this lovely digital image called "With Love" and I coloured it with Promarkers. I created an easel card. I used papers from a Craft Sensations designpad called Flower Collection. I fussy cut the image added tiny flower punch outs and added gems in the centre. I added 3 heart punch out and added dots to it and I added 9 white gem stones. The is written on a small tag that I tied to the balloons and I added a bigger tag under the white mat of the image.

Here's a card I created using a lovely image from Digi Doodle Studios. I created this card for one of my nephew's for getting his C swimming diploma.
This image is called "Splashin Ryan" and I colored it with Promarkers and added glossy accents to the diving glasses. For this card I took a kraft card base and I knew I had some kraft gift wrap paper with stars on it. I have fussy cut the image and adhered it to a stitched star die cut out of an old book page. I matted it on blue cardstock. The sentiment is a Dutch digi that I had on my laptop. To finish the card I added 3 blue star gems to centers of some stars.

Can't believe it's August already. Time flies by so fast.

I got to play with this beautiful DDS image called "Summer Reads" and coloured her with Promarkers. Instead of placing her in the water I created sand around her. I can't read in the water so my choice was sand. I have used Promarkers to colored an image by From the Heart Stamps called "Martini Chicks". Sadly the companies owner has passed away so I can't link the image to any store. It was time to use up some scraps of paper again. I added some faux stitching in black and white and used a edge punch on a small piece of orange cardstock. On the little olives in the glasses I added glossy accents. Sadly the photo doesn't show it.

Here's a card I created with one of the Christmas images from Digi Doodle Studios for the new challenge over at the DDS Challenge Blog themed "Christmas in July".
This image is called Sledding Gnomies and I colored it with Promarkers and added 2 flatback pearls for headlights on the sledge. To create this card I used some scrap dp's and a piece of 13,5cm square green cardstock. I distressed the edges with an edge distresser by Heidi Swapp and have torn the edges of the mint green papers. I also used a piece of green vinyl lace and added 3 felt snowflake punch out and added a white gem in the middle.

I got to play with this fun image of a cassette tape called "C60" and colored it with Promarkers. We still play records and cassette tapes at home. For this card I took an A4 kraft cardstock, folded and cut it till I got a 9x20cm folded slimline card. I used blue cardstock to create a mat for the piece of kraft cardstock where I stamped music notes on with walnut stain distress ink. I fussy cut the image and adhered it with foam tape on 2 stitched circle die cuts. The sentiment I created with the Dymo letra tag.
