Fifi Flirtydust Hobgobbi

Hey!

Today starts a brand new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers. This week is themed "Lace and Flowers" and our sponsor is Dies to Die for.

I created a circle easel card and used a gorgeous image from Colour of Love called "Fifi Flirtydust Hobgobbi" Love the Hobgobbies, they are a funny bunch. The image is coloured with Promarkers and I created the sky with old eye shadow from the eighties and I drew a few birds flying in the distance to give it a Spring vibe. I love making easel cards in any kind of shape. This time it's circle shaped using my largest stitched circle die. I just took a folded white square card and placed the die on top with a piece of the die overhanging the folded edge of the card. After cutting it out I folded the front of the card in half to create the stand for the card. Then I took a lovely round piece of cardstock that I have for ages and adhered it to the lowest folded part of the card front. I adhered the image with foam tape to give it some dimension. I used the following to embellish the card; paper floweres, vinyl lace, distress ink, flatback pearl, punched cloud (cut in half), dutch sentiment and a scrap piece of designer.

Cookies Anyone

Hey!

Here's a card I created using a lovely digi stamp from Digi Doodle Studios. This image is called "Cookies Anyone".

I colored the image with Promarkers and only the cookies with a Spectrum Noir Tri-blend marker.
I created this card using a green card base. Other items I used; light green cardstock, patterned cardstock, hugs&kisses border die, walnut stain distress ink and foam tape.

Happy Hour Horace

Hey!

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers. This week it was my turn to choose a theme and I went for "Masculine". Our sponsor this week is Dr. Digi. House of Stamps.

I got to play with this image called "Happy Hour Horace" and colored him using Promarkers. I have printed him out larger by accident and decided to go with it. So this is what I came up with. To create this card I used the following; craft card base, scrap piece of designer paper where I had only cut out a circle of so great to use for this card, a white circle die cut that I had cut out of a card, I have added distress ink along the sides of the dp, I cut out the image along the lines, used a scrap circle to go under the digital sentiment and I cut to small strips to go on the folded side of the card.

Mindy's New Boots

Hey!

Here's a card I created using Digi Doodle Studios' "Mindy's New Boots".

I colored the image with Promarkers and Spectrum Noir Tri-blends. The card is a different size than I am used to make. I have cut a craft sheet of A4 cardstock to 23cm and folded it in half. The papers are from a paper pad I had in my stash for years and the butterflies came from the same pack. Along the edges I added distress ink and I adhered 3 flatback pearls. I wrote Happy Birthday on the little tag with a fine liner.

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers. This week theme is "Favourite Color Combo" and our sponsor is LeAnn's World 101.

I have multiple favourite colour combo's. I coloured this image called Gloria with Promarkers. My combo is grey, silver, white and a pop of colour (red and orange). I have used the following to create this card. White cardbase, grey cardstock, silver cardstock, vellum, embossing folder, happy birthday border die, grey vinyl lace, stitched circle die and 2 silver filigree corners.
