I got to play with this fun image called "Wellie Boots Girl" and I coloured it Ohuhu markers and Promarkers. I created an easel card using the following items; white cardstock, DDS Ladybug Days Pattern Papers, walnut stain distress ink, MD bird die, Sizzix ladybug die, EK Success retro flower punch, big green glitter gem, DDS sentiment, red gems and I created a little banner with my Dymo.

Little Mermaid on Vacation

 

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today starts our Summer Break challenge over at The Paper Shelter challenge blog. 

I created an easel card with a fun image called "Little Mermaid on Vacation", coloured her with Promarkers and fussy cut it. To create this card I used the following items; orange and light blue cardstock, stitched circle dies, INS watermelon Lemonade paper pad, walnut stain distress ink, doily edge punch, sea shells die, mermaid tail die and I created a sentiment with a Dymo Letratag.

Broom Riding Gnome

 

Hi Crafty Friends!

Here's an easel card I created with one of the cute gnomes from the new Halloween release by Ink N' Splatter by Dina Gerner.

This broom riding gnome stamp is from the "Halloween Gnomes" clear stamp set. I colored it with Promarkers. The patterned papers are from the Ink N' Splatter "Tonight We Ride 6x6 paper pad". To create this card I used the following items; 3 stitched circle dies, 2 star dies, broom die, bat die, dymo letratag, strip of acetate and walnut stain distress ink.

Ladybug

 
Hi Crafty Friends,

Here's a circle easel card I created using a cute ladybug image by Ink n' Splatter. 

This stamp is from the "Ladybug clear stamp set" and I colored it with Promakers and created a little background. The papers are also from Ink n' Splatter and this paper pad is called "Ladybug Days" and there is also a "Little Ladybug metal die set" for cutting out de stamped images.
To create this card I took a square card and cut a circle with a metal die placing the die slightly over the fold. After cutting I folded the front in half so I had a stand to adhere ad circle card to. I used a lot of different circle dies by different brands. Other items I used: red and black cardstock, white gel pen, ladybug die cut and a happy birthday border die.

Halloween Easel Card

Hey!

Here's a Halloween easel card I'd like to show you. I used a gorgeous digital stamp set by Digi Doodle Studios.

The pairables set I used is called "Hocus Pocus" and I used the coffin and dracula and colored it with Promarkers. I also used prints from a DDS digi paper pack called "Magical Nights" it is printed with a laser printer. Other items I used to create this card; black cardstock, bat cut & embos, spider cut & embos, cobweb die, Halloween sentiment cut & embos, stitched circle die, white ink and a spider charm.

Faithful Friends

 

Hey!

Here's a heart shaped easel card I created with one of the lovely images by Digi Doodle Studios. I created it for a new love.

The image is called "Faithful Friends" and I colored it using Promarkers. I used the following tho create this easel card; heart template, cardstock (dark pink, light pink and white), gesso, white vinyl lace, hearts border die, pink heart flatback pearls, hearts background die and 2 sizes of label dies.

Alisaie Elf Maiden

 

Hey!

Here's a card I created with an image from Digi Doodle Studios. This image is today's December Advent freebie at Kit and Clowder. You can find her here in the Kit and Clowder Facebook group. After December 25 she will be available in the Digi Doodle Studios shop.

The image is called "Alisaie Elf Maiden" and I colored her with Promarkers. This card is called a Birthday Cake Easel Card. It's easy to make. To create the birthday cake I used an empty ribbon roll, added layers of cardstock, patterned paper and lace ribbon. I poked 5 holes in the top to add the candle holders and in between each candle I adhered a flat back pearl. For the candles I created a little box to fit the candles. The Sentiment is created with a border die.

Goldie

 

Hey!

Here's a card I created with one of the Fall new release images by Digi Doodle Studios. 

This image is called "Goldie" and I colored her with Promarkers. I had to create a easel pumpkin card as it fits the image so well. I created the circle base card by using my biggest circle die to cut out a folded orange piece of cardstock and placing it slightly over the fold. After it went through my Cuttlebug I folded the front of the circle card and adhered 3 oval die cuts to create the pumpkin. To create more dimension I have cut a small piece of orange to adhere behind the pumpin. I also cut a piece of green cardstock to create the stem. The yellow paper is a die cut from a post it note. the little leaves ribbon is from my stash and I love using my Dymo embossing letra tag for the sentiment.

Avii Kokeshi

 

Hey!

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This weeks theme is "Add a Heart" and our sponsor is Dies to die for.

I used a lovely image by Colour of Love called Avii Kokeshi and colored it with Promarkers. I created this heart shaped card by using a Dutch Doobadoo heart template on a folded white A4 size cardstock. Folded the bottom part of the top heart and added another heart to create the easel card. Other items I used are yellow and pink cardstock, heart border die, cream vinyl lace, Dutch sentiment, circle punch, white gel pen and blue pencil to create faux stitching.

Emmi Loo - a Poppy for You

I had this image on my pc and like it a lot so I thought it would be a fun image to use for the challenge. The image is called "Emmi Loo - A Poppy for You" and I coloured her with Promarkers. I created a circle easel card as I love creating easel cards. I used only scraps to create the card. I have so much in boxes and laying around in my craft room that it is time to use them more frequently. The corrugated card is created from a piece of cardboard box where I torn of the front. Love to recycle too.

I have chosen this lovely image is from Colour of Love. It's called Garden of Eden Enchantress and I have it on my computer for a long time. I love this image with the apples in her hair. The image is cropped. In the store you can get the complete image of coarse.

Cadence

Hey!

Here's a piano easel card I created with one of the Digi Doodle Studios images from the "Musicians" new release called "Cadence". Images will be available in the shop as of June 19th. 

When I saw this image I had to create this Piano card. I coloured the image with Promarkers. I found a tutorial of this card on Youtube and only used the base of it. I added a piece of vellum to the front that I got in a music notes embossing folder through my Cuttlebug and I added white flat gems and music notes from a thin cuts die.

Fifi Flirtydust Hobgobbi

Hey!

Today starts a brand new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers. This week is themed "Lace and Flowers" and our sponsor is Dies to Die for.

I created a circle easel card and used a gorgeous image from Colour of Love called "Fifi Flirtydust Hobgobbi" Love the Hobgobbies, they are a funny bunch. The image is coloured with Promarkers and I created the sky with old eye shadow from the eighties and I drew a few birds flying in the distance to give it a Spring vibe. I love making easel cards in any kind of shape. This time it's circle shaped using my largest stitched circle die. I just took a folded white square card and placed the die on top with a piece of the die overhanging the folded edge of the card. After cutting it out I folded the front of the card in half to create the stand for the card. Then I took a lovely round piece of cardstock that I have for ages and adhered it to the lowest folded part of the card front. I adhered the image with foam tape to give it some dimension. I used the following to embellish the card; paper floweres, vinyl lace, distress ink, flatback pearl, punched cloud (cut in half), dutch sentiment and a scrap piece of designer.

Sweet Carlina

Hey!

Here's a heart easel card I created using one of the gorgeous images from Digi Doodle Studios.

The image is called "Sweet Carlina" and I coloured her with Promarkers. I decided to create an easel card with a lot of hearts. I had a big heart die set from Cheery Lynn and love that die set. I added a few little hearts to the black heart and drew a stitch line and x o with white gel pen. The hearts background paper is from Craft Sensation and the little Love ticket sentiment is by Noor Design.

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers and this week was my turn to pick a challenge theme. I have chosen "Feminine". As we don't have a sponsor Denise is offering one lucky winner a 6 pack of promarkers of their choice (from the Cowling & Wilcox store).

I created a Cake Easel Card and used an Colour of Love image from Heather Valentin. It's a VIP Exclusive image called "Sakura". I love this image. I coloured her with Promarkers and added some accents with Faber-Castell Polychromos. If you like to create a card with a cake in it you can simple recycle an empty ribbon/lace roll. Make a little box that fit your candle size. The flower border is a die cut from the Action. To close the card I used a piece of stretch lace ribbon.
