L'il Frolic Where are the Buttons

Hey!

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Promarkers. This time it was my turn to choose a theme and I have chosen "Add a Charm". I love to see them on projects. Our sponsor this week is Colour of Love (prize: 3 individual images).

I got top play with this cute image called L'il Frolic Where are the Buttons and coloured her using Promarkers.
To create this card I used the folowing; white card base, cardstock (red, purple, pink and craft), thin rope, tag pin, sewing machine charm paper measurement tape, doily edge punch, distress ink (along the hand cut thread bobbins), embroidery floss (added to 3 buttons in the image) and stuck two pins behind the image (underneath my watermark). I have cut the top part of the front of the card so i could at a sewing border die cut (Tim Holtz on the edge).

Beatrice Teddy Bear

Hey!

Here's a card I'd like to share with you. I made it for my nieces 2nd birthday using a Digi Doodle Studios image called "Beatrice Teddy Bear".

I coloured the image using Promarkers. The card I created is called a pop up slider card. It's a simple card to make and it is fun seeing the image pop up when pulling the card from the notch. If you'd like to make it you can google it. The front of the card is a 10x15 card from an old card pack I had in my stash. It was a great one for this project. The sentiments are clear stamps from Deco Creations from the Action.

Stormi Vega

Hey!

Here's a card I made with one of the new "Summer Splash" from Digi Doodle Studios coming out August 16th.

The image is called "Stormi Vega" and I coloured it using Promarkers. To create this card I used a white linen cardbase, dp's from an old paperpack called By the Sea from Graphic 45. I added some shells, a pearl and a doily. To create sunglasses I added glossy accents to it.

Koopa & Troopa Sea Turtles

Hey!

Here's a card I made with an image from the new Digi Doodle Studios "Summer Splash" release.

The image is called "Koopa & Troopa Sea Turtles" and I coloured them using Faber-Castell Polychromos. I created a little background with watercolour paint (blue, green, yellow). I used a blue linen card base and added a lovely water wave background. I had some lovely dies to go with this image sea shell border die, octopus die, fish die and a crab die. I added some googly eyes to the octopus and the crab. I added some transparent stones to create air bubbles and some sequins to add a little dark blue.

Pretty in Plaits

Hey!

I got to play with this beautiful image called "Pretty in Plaits" and I coloured it using Promarkers.
To create this card I used the following items; white linen cardstock, pink cardstock, patterned paper,white cardstock, distress ink, doily, scalloped circle die, pink vinyl lace, grey satin ribbon and paper roses.

This image is called "Cherry on Top" and I coloured it using Promarkers and white gel pen. For this card I used the following; white linen cardstock, pink linen cardstock, distress ink, 2 dp's, flatback pearls, gauze, happy birthday border die and a cherries boorder die.

Sassy Sally

Hey!

I got to play with this cute image called "Sassy Sally" and I coloured her using Promarkers. I have created this card two times before and I love the shape of it and the Palm tree die. I used kraft-, white-, brown-, green- and cream color cardstock, white gelpen, blue ink, walnut stain distress ink, cloud dies and mini sea shell dies.
