Birthday Turtle

 

Hey Crafty Friends!

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This weeks theme is "For a Boy" and our fabulous sponsor is "Rachelle Anne Miller, RAM Stamps".

I got top play with this cute image called "Birthday Turtle" and coloured it with Promarkers. I created an acetate card for my nephew's upcoming 10th birtday. I love how well that works with a balloon image. I added 2 clouds, blue cardstock at the base of the card, added some faux stitching with white gel pen and created a sentiment with a Dymo LetraTag.

Stacked Frogs

Today starts a new challenge over at Creative Knockouts and it's themed "Real a/o Faux Stitching". Our fabulous sponsor is RAM Stamps.

I got to play with this fun image called "Stacked Frogs" and I colourd it with Promarkers. To create this card I used the following items; white and lime green cardstock, green fine liner, birthday border die and my Dymo letratag to create the happy part of the card that I adhered on the inside of the card.

Penguin Party

 

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today starts a new challenge over at Creative Knockouts and this fortnight it's themed "Anything Goes" and our fabulous sponsor is "RAM Stamps".

I got to play with a fun new stamp set called "Penguin Party" and decided to pick uit the cute no lines penguin with balloons and added the stars/snow image to the balloons and colored them over with white gel pen. As I have a lot of winter birthday from my nephews I created a little winter hat to go with the image. I downloaded a winter hat template and created 3 parts to use 2 different pattern cardstock to create the winter hat with. I used a stitched circle die to cut create the pompom part of the hat, I added black fine liner along the sides of the 3 parts of pattern cardstock, used a Dutch birthday sentiment, 3 felt snowflakes and 3 light blue flatback pearls.

Happy Birthday

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Markers and it's themed "Use a Die" and our sponsor is Rachelle Anne Miller. 

I got to play with a fun digital stamp set called "Happy Birthday Creator" and have chosen to use the cute little girl to crate a card for my niece. I colored the image with Promarakers and Spectrum Noir Tri-Blends. To create this card I used the following items: purple, pink and red cardstock, piece of pattern paper from the Sweetheart Ink n' Splatter slimline paper pad, shaped card die, open scallop edge punch, stitched circle dies, heart dies, heart punch, happy birthday sentiment die, red fine liner, red heart gem (on heer skirt) and a pink gem (on top of the party hat).

Bunny's Bike

 

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This weeks theme is "Add some Sparkle" and our sponsor is RAM Stamps.

I got to play with this fun image called "Bunny's Bike" and I colored it with Promarkers. I created a tag card and have the sentiment hidden in the tag card. My sparkles ar the punched hearts the little border at the bottom of the tag, the part with the hole at the top of the tag and the tab to get the sentiment from behind the image. Items I used to create the card: tag die set, kraft/white/yellow cardstock, Ink n' Splatter pattern paper, walnut stain distress ink, blue distress ink, cloud dies, bunnies border die, glitter vinyl and rectangle stitched dies.

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This weeks theme is "Shaped Cards" and our sponsor is Rachelle Anne Miller.

I got to play with this image called "Christmas Merry" and colored it with Promarkers. Sadly the details don't show up in the photo very well. The shape of this card is created with a Dutch Doobadoo card template. The backgrond paper is from Digi Doodle Studios. Other items I used are: kraft cardstock, pink cardstock, walnut stain distress ink, snowflake punches, pink gems, light blue flatback pearls and 4 kinds of ribbon.
