Finnley Creek Fisherboy

 

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today is release day at Digi Doodle Designs. The new Summer release is so adorable. 

I got top play with this image called "Finnley Creek Fisherboy" and coloured it with Promarkers and Ohuhu markers. This card is created for my nephew who love fishing. I used the following items: white card base, free downloadable pattern papers, waterdrop gems, number die, fishing pole die (cut every part with dcp paper and coloured with my alcohol marker to match the image), aluminum tape, and a sentiment that comes with this image.

This image is called Ivy Rose and I coloured it with Promarkers. To create this card I used the following items; white and pink cardstock, big scalloped circle die, 3 circle dies, a doily circle die, DDS Spring Fresh pattern paper, daisy punch, sentiment comes with the image, label die, gems and a butterfly die.

Easter Selfie

 

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today is the release of spring/easter digi stamp sets at Digi Doodle Studios.

I created this circle card with a cute image called Easter Selfie. I coloured the image with Ohuhu Honolulu B markers. To create this card I used the following items:  pink, pastel green and pastel blue cardstock. DDS/INS pattern paper, walnut stain distress in, scalloped circle and 4 circle dies, sentiment that comes with the stamp set, pastel blue vinyl lace and 3 flat back pearls.

This image is called "Beau Valentine Bunny", I coloured it with Promarkers and fussy cut it. I love creating these acetate cards when there is a character hanging under a balloon. To create this card I used tje following items: dark blue linen cardstock, white cardstock, acetate, cloud dies and my dymo letratag.

Peaches Valentine Bunny

 

Hi Crafty Friends!

Here's a card I created with one of the 8 cute Valentines images from a new release by Digi Doodle Studios.

This fun image is called "Peaches Valentine Bunny" and I coloured it with Promarkers. To create this shaped card I used one of my new card shape dies. I folded the card base in half so it stands on it's own. The image is cut with a stitched rectangle die, blue mat underneath the image is cut with my vintage photo edge guillotine cutter from the sixties, the pattern paper is from an INS paper pad called "Sweetheart" and distressed the edges, I added a flying heart cut with an old die, added 3 gems and  I used one of the 3 sentiments that comes with the image.

Pippa Pumpkin Phantom

 

Hi Crafty Friends,

Happy Halloween to you all! Today it's been 18 years since my father passed. Time flies by so fast. Every year I create a Halloween card for my mom even though we don't do Halloween in my country.

I created a pumpkin card with one of the new images by Digi Doodle Studios.

This cute image is from a digi stamp set called "Pippa Pumpkin Phantom" and I couloured it with Promarkers and fussy cut it. To create this card I used the following items; 2 hues of orange cardstock, kraft cardstock to cut the pumpkin stamp free hand, green and purple cardstock, walnut stain distress ink, oval die, bunting die, text banner die and a sentiment that comes with the digi stamp set.

Here's a pop up box card I created with a fun new digi stamp set from Digi Doodle Studios. 

The stamp set is called "Friendly Ghosts". I used 3 of them and coloured the images with Promarkers and the witches hats with a black Polychromos for some texture. The following items I used to create this fun card; black cardstock, silver glitter cardstock, walnut stain distress ink, white ink, label dies, heart dies, DDS Boo-tastic digi paper pack, sentiment from one of the single ghosts digi stamp set and orange sequins.

Halloween fun fold card

 Hey!

Here's my final card created for the Digi Doodle Studios Design Team as DDS is retiring de digital images. If you love DDS you will also love the clear stamps, paper pads, stencils and even metal dies to cut out the stamped images from Ink n' Splatter also created by Dina.

I created this fun fold card using one of the witches, cat, bat and sentiment from the Hocus Pocus pairables set together with the Magical Nights digi paper pack. The image is colored with Promarkers. To create this card I used the following items; black and lime cardstock, edge distresser, broom die, gems and a Dymo for the Happy Halloween sentiment.

Halloween Easel Card

Hey!

Here's a Halloween easel card I'd like to show you. I used a gorgeous digital stamp set by Digi Doodle Studios.

The pairables set I used is called "Hocus Pocus" and I used the coffin and dracula and colored it with Promarkers. I also used prints from a DDS digi paper pack called "Magical Nights" it is printed with a laser printer. Other items I used to create this card; black cardstock, bat cut & embos, spider cut & embos, cobweb die, Halloween sentiment cut & embos, stitched circle die, white ink and a spider charm.

Lolly Pop Card

 

Hey!

Here's a lolly pop card I created to go with one of the Digi Doodle Studios' new Halloween release images. The release is a costume party.

This image is called "Sabina Snail & Batty Kitty" and colored it with Promarkers. I love creating lollypop cards and they are fun to give. Items I used to create this card are; purple/black/orange cardstock, googly eyes, white ink, doily die, stitched circle die, Halloween pumpkins border die, bat dies, glitter swirls, black netting, paper straw, black tule ribbon and black gems.

Hey!

Digi Doodle Studios has a wonderful New Release this month. It's called "Relax & Unwind". 

This image is called "Jerina and Kitty" and I colored it with Promarkers. I just love this image. I meditate a lot and the first colors that came to mind with this image were orange and yellow. To create this card I used the following items; white cardbase, glitter circles background, orange and yellow cardstock, circle dies, flatback pearls, white gelpen and a lovely rubber stamp sentiment.

Rattata's Gifts

 

Hey!

Wow, can't believe it's July already. Time flies by so fast. That's why we need to live life to the fullest.

A new month means a new challenge over at the DDS Challenge Blog. This month's theme is "3 or more layers" and the DT had an extra twist of using DDS digi papers. 

I got to play with "Rattata's Gifts" and combined it with the "Christmas Holiday digi paper pack". I colored the image with Promarkers. The papers are printed with my old Epson Expression XP-720.
To create this card I used the following items; dark red cardstock, edge distresser, gifts edge die, star on a string dies, gems and a tag ribbon with Happy Christmas (Dutch).

Surfer Boy Luke

 

Hey!

Here's a Surfer Board Card I created with a fun Digi Doodle Studios Image called "Surfer Boy Luke".

I colored this lovely Summer image with Promarkers. To create this card I drew a surf board freehand on a piece of folded cardstock. I adhered patterned cardstock on top added a lovely ribbon in the center of the card. To finish the card I added a birthday sentiment.

Fairy-Elida

 

Hey!

Here's a card I'd like to share with you using one of the Digi Doodle Studios' new release images.

This image is called "Fairy-Elida" and I colored her with Promarkers. For this card I used orange and green cardstock. Love how the orange pops. I used 3 kinds of designer paper from different paper blocks and used walnut distress ink along the edges. I added wink of stella to her wings but sadly it doesn't show on the photo. One of the flowers in her hair has a yellow gem in the center. I added different sizes of retro flower punch outs to the corners and I finished the card with a digital sentiment.

Sequana Mermaid

 

Hey!

Here's a card I created with one of the gorgeous Mermaids by Digi Doodle Studios. 

This image is called "Sequana Mermaid" and I colored her with Promarkers. To create this card I used the following items; card shape template, blue and pastel green cardstock, dp, blue vinyl lace, white lace, blue glitter ribbon, bubbles die, mermaid tails die, white gel pen (dots in her hair and the peals) and wink of stella on her tail and on the fishes.
