Springing Up Gnomies

Here's another card I created with one of the gnomes from the "Springing Up Gnomies Pairables Set" by Digi Doodle Studios. 

I colored the image with Promarkers and Spectrum Noir Tri-blends. The following items are used to create this card; lilac cardstock, 2 kinds of flowers patterned paper, edge distresser, vinyl lace, digi sentiment and gem stones.

Bunny Whiskers

Hey!

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This week theme is "Soft Finishes" and our sponsor is Colour of Love. 

The image is called "Bunny Whiskers" and he is one of the adorable Hobgobbies. I love those little creatures. The image is colored with Promarkers and I fussy cut it. Sadly the color of the bunny doesn't show on the photo. I created the card out of pastel yellow cardstock and used 2 kinds of patterned paper, a bunny border die, a doily edge punch, edge distresser, soft pink ribbon, stitched circle die cut and an Easter sentiment.

Hey!

Here's a card I created with one of the images from the brand new Digi Doodle Studios release "Strike a Pose". There is a fun challenge over at the DDS Challenge Blog themed "Something beginning with F". Feel free to join.

The image is called Siena Photographer and I colored her with Spectrum Noir Tri-blends and Promarkers. This card is so fun to make. It's a small card in a big one. I took a cardbase and have cut a portion from the top and used an edge punch to create a border, added background paper to the upper half of the inside of the card and adhered the front along the bottom and the right side to the inside of the card to create a pocket for the small card.

Today I'd like to show you a card I created using a gorgeous image by Digi Doodle Studios.

I colored the image with Promarkers and Spectrum Noir Tri-blends.
The card is created with layers, gauze, vinyl ribbon, sattin ribbon, tule ribbon, circle die with heart border, birthday border die, balloons die, ballet slipper charm, glitter swirl, 3 designer papers and a little red heart.

Springing Up Gnomie

 

Hey!

Happy March everyone! Today starts a new challenge over at the Digi Doodle Studios Challenge Blog. This month it's themed ~ Something beginning with a F ~. 

I got to play with the gorgeous Springing Up Gnomies Pairables set. I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Tri-blends. For this Flower pot card I have chosen the lovely image of the gnome with the Flower pot. For the sentiment I have chosen one with Friends in it. So I used 4 F's for this challenge Flowers, Flower pot card, Friends and Flower pot gnome.
I have cut the shape of the card out of a double folded 13cm square card. The fold is the bottom of the pot, the top is folded and I cut it into a shape of a flower pot. On top of the front I adhered a piece of patterned paper and added distress ink along the edges. The big flowers are punch outs from a retro flower by EK Success. The leaves are cut outs from different dies. And the flowers have a gem stone in the middle and I added white dot's to the flowers.

I got to play with this fun image called "Gabriella" and I coloured her with Promarkers.
To create this card I used the following items; white cardbase, 2 kinds of dp, 1 piece from a die cut paper block, stitched circle die, paper roses, leaves, walnut stain distress ink and lovely sentiment that I had on my pc.

Sweet Honey Bear

 

Hey,

Here's a card I created with one of the cute Sweet Honey Bear pairables set by Digi Doodle Studios. I love the cute little bears. They are fun to color.

The image is colored with Promarkers. For the background I used a beautiful embossing folder from Cuttlebug on black cardstock and I added white ink to make the little bees pop. The sentiment is also from the pairables set. The little bee charm I had in my stash for a while now. I added wink of stella to the little wings. There's a fun challenge over at the DDS challenge blog themed "include a sentiment".

Emmi Loo - a Poppy for You

 

Hey!

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for (Pro)Markers. This week the challenge is themed "Celebration" and our sponsor is Crafty Sentiments Designs.

I had this image on my pc and like it a lot so I thought it would be a fun image to use for the challenge. The image is called "Emmi Loo - A Poppy for You" and I coloured her with Promarkers. I created a circle easel card as I love creating easel cards. I used only scraps to create the card. I have so much in boxes and laying around in my craft room that it is time to use them more frequently. The corrugated card is created from a piece of cardboard box where I torn of the front. Love to recycle too.

Sweet Honey Bear

 

 

Hey!

Oh my, it's February already. Time sure flies by so fast. So a new month means a new challenge over at the Digi Doodle Studios Challenge blog. This month's theme is "Include a sentiment". 

I got to play with this fun image. This image is one of the fun sweet bears from the Sweet Honey Bears pairables set. The images are colored with Pormarkers. I love this hive shape card so much, that I created a mini one to go along with it to add to a present when gifting the card. The card is created with strips of cardstock. I rounded the edges of each strip and added walnut stain along the edges. I added a piece of black cardstock for the entrance of the hive. The fun and cute sentiment comes with the digi stamp set.
