Here's another card with the fun Ink n' Splatter Sweet Honey Bees stamp set together with scraps of papers from 3 Ink n' Splatter paper pads.

I love bees. Seeing them doing their work in the summer. I have colored the images with Promarkers. I used the following to create this card: black and yellow cardstock, hexagon dies, stitched circle dies, white gel pen, INS papers Honey Bee Sweet Blue/Bumble Buzz/Honey Bee Sweet, walnut stain distress in and for the sentiment a Dymo LetraTag.

Ready for Christmas

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This week theme is "Christmas in July" and our sponsor is SheepSki Designs.

I got to play with this cute image called "Ready for Christmas - image no 163" and I coloured it with Promakers. I created a CAS card because the image has to be the focus on the card and that's why I used gold cardboard from a chocolate letter package. I always keep that in my stash. I cut out the image, card and gold mat with stitched square dies. The little ornament is cut out with a circle die from the same gold card as the mat.

Buzzing by to Say Hi

 

Hi Crafty Friends!

Today I'd like to show you a hexagon shaped shaker card I created for a male friend with a fun new release stamp set together with pattern papers from Ink n' Splatter.

The stamp set is called "Sweet Honey Bees" sentiment is included along with some fun texts and the paper sets I used are called "Honey Bee Sweet" and "Bumble Buzz". I colored the images with Promarkers and cut them free hand. I still love to fussy cut. The hexagon I created by drawing it out myself. I don't own such large hexagon dies. The shaker part is created with a hexagon die set. Card is created also with; black and yellow cardstock, walnut stain distress ink, black fine liner for the flying trails and faux stitching, white gel pen, sequins flowers, orange mini gems, mica (from a package of something, I always keep packaging mica for shaker cards) for the shaker part I used yellow, pearl and orange small beads and 1 flower sequin.

Here's a circle card I created for the Outlawz Progressive Freebie Challenge July 2024.

The image is from Anne's Digital Art and it's called Cute Pups. And cute they are. I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Tri Blends. The card base is created out of white cardstock with a fun new circle die I bought recently, The image is cut with a stitched circle die as is the purple mat.

Bubble Trouble

 

Hi Crafty Friends,

Here's a lollypop card I created with a fun image by The Paper Shelter. The image is called "Bubble Trouble".

It reminded of my teens when I did contests with friends like who could blow the largest bubble with Pink Bubbilicious gum. And ever so often I blew bubbles as large as my head and when it popped my face and hair got bubble gummed. So when I saw this image I had to make a card that fits it perfectly.

The base of the lollypop is created with pink cardstock. Other items used are: doily, stitched circle dies, white paper straw and pink satin ribbon.

Here's a CAS card I created with one of the super cute bees from the July new release at Ink n' Splatter.
The stamp set is called Sweet Honey Bees, the paper pad is called "Honey Bee Sweet".

I colored the stamped image with Promarkers and added white gel pen in the eyes and body of the bee. To create this card I used a yellow card base, white cardstock, hexagon illusion embossing folder by Craft Concepts, black fine liner, INS paper and my Dymo Omega letratag to create a sentiment.

I created a card using a Polkadoodles image called "Gnometastic Birthday Cake" and I coloured it with Promarkers. One of my favourtite 3 colour combos is pink/green/brown. To create this card I used the following items: craft/green/pink/yellow cardstock, 4 pieces of pattern paper by Ink n' Splatter, walnut stain distress ink, sentiment by Ink n' Splatter, 3 colours of fine liner (pink/green/brown) and 3 green gems.

Hi Crafty Friends!

Here's a card I created for someone who just got a driver's licence and just bought the first car. How much fun is that to start the summer with?!

The giraffes stamp is from Ink n' Splatter from the Jungle Buddies stamp set. I colored the image with Promarkers. The sentiment is from the same stamp set. I cut the images and sentiment with a stitched die. The pattern paper is from an Ink n' Splatter 6x6 paper pad called "Clucker Club" I have torn a few spots and folded it back.

Very Summery

Today starts a new challenge over at Creative Knockouts and it's themed "Summer Fun". Our sponsor is The Paper Shelter.

I got to play with the image called "Very Summery". This time I decided to use the pre-coloured version and created a 3D effect with the hat, sunglasses, drink and shoes. The card base is created with a new die with circle edge, I used pattern paper from Ink n' Splatter, walnut stain distress ink, orange cardstock, dymo tape to create a sentiment, 3 flatback pearls and mini sunglasses.
