Today I made a birthday card using sketch #138 from i {heart} sketches.
The image is called "Gift Stack Birdbrain" by From the Heart Stamps and it's colored with Promarkers. I am a big Birdbrain fan and have all images available. Also great sketches because I can use my scraps of dp and cardstock.
