Today starts a new challenge at the Lacy Sunshine Blog. It's themed "Somewhere over the Rainbow"
I created this easel card using "Love is in the Air". She's colored with promarkers.
I have used a shape template to create the background and added punched out circles. The rainbow striped background is created with strips of cardstock.
