Noreen Neighbourly Natter

 

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This weeks theme is "Favourite Embellishments", mine is die cuts. Our fabulous sponsor is Dr. Digi's House of Stamps.

I got to play with this fun image called Noreen Neighbourly Natter, coloured it with Promarkers and Ohuhu markers and fussy cut it. I created a card as if Noreen is looking outside from her window. To create his card I used the following items; white/kraft/green cardstock, walnut stain distress ink, bricks embossing folder, pattern paper, stitched rectangle dies, ivy die cut, bird house die and a Dymo LetraTag for the sentiment.

Under the Sea

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Markers and it's themed "Under the Sea" and our fabulous sponsor is LeAnn's World 101.

I got to play with this cute mermaid image called "Ashera" and I coloured it with Ohuhu Markers and Promarkers. I created a shaped card for my niece using the following items; blue & purple cardstock, DDS pattern paper, walnut stain distress ink, white gel pen, netting die, mermaid tail edge die, octopus die, stitched square die and a little flatback pearl.

This card I created for my brother who used to have skate boarding as one of his hobbies. I got to play with this fun image called "Skater Stanley" and coloured it with Promarkers and Ohuhu Markers and fussy cut it. I created this card using the following items; kraft cardstock, 3 pieces of pattern cardstock, walnut stain distress ink, stitched circle die, 3 big gems and a Dymo Lentratag for the sentiment.

Le Pine: Malley Summer

 

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today starts a new challenge over at the Creative Knockouts challenge blog. This time it's themed "Summer Fun" and our fabulous sponsor is Mirtillamente.

I got to play with an image that's called "Le Pine: Malley Summer". I created a tag to go with a sun screen and after sun gift. The image is coloured with Promarkers, fussy cut it and adhered it to 2 circle die cuts that I adhered off center. To create this tag I recycled a transparent tag I got in my stash, added a eyelet, added the two circles and image to it with foam tape. The sentiment is created with my Dymo LetraTag. To finish the gift I added mini sun glasses that were attached to a straw.

Tina the Cleaner

 

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Markers. This weeks theme is "favourite colour combo" and our sponsor is Clearly Besotted.

I created a card for my sister in law who works as a cleaning lady in a retirement home. For this card I am using a Dr. Digi's HOS image called "Tina the Cleaner" and colured it with Promarkers and Ohuhu markers. My favourite colour combo this time is bright red, blue, green and yellow and using the same, but soft, colours in the background. Items used to create this card: white cardbase, red foil paper, background paper I found on the interweb, embellishments are also from the background paper that I fussy cut.

Finnley Creek Fisherboy

 

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today is release day at Digi Doodle Designs. The new Summer release is so adorable. 

I got top play with this image called "Finnley Creek Fisherboy" and coloured it with Promarkers and Ohuhu markers. This card is created for my nephew who love fishing. I used the following items: white card base, free downloadable pattern papers, waterdrop gems, number die, fishing pole die (cut every part with dcp paper and coloured with my alcohol marker to match the image), aluminum tape, and a sentiment that comes with this image.

We got to play with this fun image called "Curious Cake" and I coloured it with Promarkers and Ohuhu markers. I have created a Floating Hexagonal Pop Up Box Card and I love how it turned out. To create this card I used the following items: purple/turquoise/pink/red/yellow cardstock, white gel pen, min hearts embossing folder, different heart shaped dies, candle dies, heart gems and a Dymo LetraTag to create a sentiment.

I created a circle card with one of my favourite SheepSki Designs images called "Curly". It is coloured with Ohuhu Honolulu B markers. To create this card I used the following items: kraft and green cardstock, pattern paper, walnut stain distress ink, big circle die with a circle edge, all kinds of circle and stitched circle dies, paper roses, vinyl lace and 3 gems.

PFM Blog Anniversary

 

Hi Crafty Friends,

Today starts a new challenge over at Passion for Markers and it's our Blog Anniversary Challenge with the following sponsors Colour of Love, All Dressed Up, RAM Stamps, SheepSki Designs, LeAnn's World 101, Polkadoodles and DTDF.

I have chosen to create a shaped card with a Colour of Love image called "Thea Boo's Balloons" and I coloured it with Promarkers and Ohuhu markers. To create this card shape I used one of my new concentric oval die set. The cute little bow comes with the die set. Other items used: kraft, red, yellow and white cardstock, pattern cardstock, walnut stain distress ink and candle dies.
